Need more confidence with my baby name!

I have chosen Harley Cason to name my sweet baby boy when he finally makes an appearance around November 30th. Only 2 people I know actually like the name and more and more people are telling what I should name him. Sometimes I want to scream at them "If you want to name a baby go have your own" but I would never. Just looking for some extra confidense on this one. I have 2 other boys Cameron Owen and Ethan Wyatt.

I really like that name. Don't let anyone sway your thinking on what you like. Its your baby, your choice. If YOU love it, go with it.

You pick the name its your child...everyones always going to have their own opinion whether good or bad. Im having a girl and due Dec 21st...I chose the name Genesis Aria and asked for opinions on here Id say like 80% of people hated the name and said it sounded like a stripper name lol. Guess what her name will still be Genesis. Dont let other people make you second guess yourself

Well thank you...and OP i happen to really like the name you chose its really unique and im more into unique names then the ones that have been on the top ten baby names list sice 1980. Nothing wrong with common original names but it all in your own personal preference.

No 1 liked my babys name, *Maksim* and even by the time I delivered I wasn't to sure about it either lol, but when he was born my husband *finally* got on board and came over to me and said he looks like a *Maksim* lol, it takes people/family time to get used to a new *name/baby* people will get over it, and every1 now loves his name and calls him "Maks" and spell it with a *K and a S* instead of a *X*

i like it, NO ONE in my family liked the name noah when i picked that for DS infact everyone made all the noahs ark jokes they could think of just ot get me to change my mind... now Noah Robert is about to turn one in 2 weeks... and everyone LOVES his name.. it fits him so well

No one really like the name Crystel either.. well at least on my side, my LO is named after her aunt who passed away at age four. She was born at the same time, was the same length and even looks kinda like her. So her name fits perfectly. and again everyone who didnt like it before loves it now..

My oldest sons name is noah and my youngest sons nameis jasiah and my daughter is nevaeh (yeah I know everyone says nevaeh is a dumb name and they hate it) I had alot of people say on BG why the hell would you name your daughter nevaeh.

You are all so great!! I love all your unique names too!!! Some very creative Mamas out there. I will keep Harley's name bc I love it and eventually everyone else will too! Just needed some support and boy did I find it!!! 7 weeks left!!! The Dr. Is going to induce by the 27th of Nov   YAY!

Supposed to be pronounced *Mahk-seem*

But people usually say it like *Mak-sum* or *Max-um*

Well to be honest I don't think Harley is a good name for a child. I've met so many dogs named Harley. At least you aren't naming a girl Harley though lol. Harvey would be nice though ;) No one in our family liked what we named our son but now they all say they can't imagine him as anything else. If you aren't 100 sure about it, then keep looking. We did the same thing but kept coming back to our original choice. Good luck!
