never thought I'd be posting here

But 2 lines confirmed my worst fear this morning... and I know it's my choice I already have a 3 year old and currently live back at home with my mom qfter leaving an abusive situation. SO and I have been together 6 months and we both agree abortion is our best option, but he supports my desison eaither way. I need to make an appointment to see how far along I am, I'm gussing about 4 weeks. I just dont know if I'm strong enough to go through with something like th is... I'm at a loss here and have no friends or family to turn to. Any advice

Agree...just make sure your absolutely positive that abortion is what you want. If you dont mind me asking why do you feel that you would choose abortion???

I pray that you have the strength to make a decision....whatever that decision may be. No matter what you decide dont let anyone make you feel guilty for it.

Do what you think is best. My SO and I went through with one before we got our lives more sorted. It was really hard during and after, and I will aways miss that I never got to meet that little one but I also don't regret going through with it because it was for the best at the time. I just suggest making sure you are really ok with whatever decision you make. I wish you the best. You can always message me if you need anyone to talk to.

I know it's best for the fetus and my son, but part of me feels like this could be my motivation. And 9 months might be long enough for me to get things situated..

Maybe try making a list of pros and cons and really think about whats best for everyone, including yourself.

Or you can make a "plan" and see if you could realistically get on your feet and get the baby things you need in 9 months. Make sure it's a realistic plan. If you see that you cannot, then you'll know what to do without regrets.

I know we could make ends meet, but I'd prefer the child I already have gets all he needs and more... I just think I'll wait till a doctor conferms it and go from there.
