Well I was SUPPOSED to start Jeff Galloway's marathon for beginner plan. But I've been going through some life changes and haven't had the motivation to do so. Still running 3-4 x's a week. I'm also supposed to start back up for another Mudder which means I'll need some weight training. I mostly do high intensity intervals. I think I'm going to wait until after the Holidays. Things are too stressful right now to do more than just maintain.

I don't really do running, because I injured my left knee on a weight machine several years ago. I do like to walk around the neighborhood though and my favorite gym thing is the elliptical.

I started doing a yoga thing from netflix that is for kids and teenagers with my son today. It was a lot of fun.

That does sound like fun. I love it when my kids get into what I do. Will ran his first race a few weeks ago and it just shows that I'm setting a good example for him.
