my child doesnt have a mental issue.

YOUR COMPARISON WAS TERRIBLE! And they aren't special/mental needs. Smurftard they are special needs. Special needs encompasses everything. My child is special needs but is well above average in his thinking and understanding, He's not mental..   he has physical special needs. Back to the point, special needs.

And my our DS potty trained himself. Sure I had been introducing/showing it to him. But he didn't go and know when to go until he was ready. He PT'd himself literally overnight. No more diapers in 2 weeks because it took him a few days to grasp pooping on the potty. It was him wanting and trying. The ah ha moment happened a few days after he turned 3.

Oh and we had a singing potty. Annoying as smurf. And it didn't help. In fact he hated it. So.....

And nice back peddling. Kids are exposed to the toilet and getting prepared even when you're not explaining everything point for point. It's a natural function and kids are smart.

exactly to your last point. even if a parent doesn't say jack smurf about potty training, children are observant & can clearly see whenever someone has to use the restroom, in the home & in public.

Lol at you having to call me names to get your point across. Try again that type stuff never affects me. Also how is it a horrible comparison it still involves learning either way and to insinuate that every child is smart and will know shows your intelligence bc that is far from the truth. SOME children have to be shown and trained, which is why the word consists of train. Not learn on your own.

Exactly my son was showing an interest at 15-18 months but by 2 he regressed to a 6-9 month old level

Gavin will be 5 in March and isnt pt'd. He is no where near. He goes into hysterics when he is put on the potty chair (he is still routinely put on it at school and it hasn't calmed him down.)

I disagree with you for putting R in a grey shirt.

is that kind of the same thing? I disagree with something you do that has nothing to do with me?
