Hm..I guess I can stock up on a couple of bottles and just drink that when I eat instead of soda.
Are the little packets of powder you put in water with flavours like pink lemonaide and stuff okay to drink like as another substitute(kinda) for soda?

The packets IMO are kinda gross. Try the Mio (liquid). Even grocery stores are coming out with their own brand. They have some delicious flavors. Some include caffeine.

I gave up soda this month, but that's because I heard caffeine can mess up milk supply when breast feeding. Anyways, I would start cutting back like one a day or switch that one to something healither like tea. I still need the carbonation every couple of days and will drink sprite or carbonated water.

You can totally infuse your own water. Put oranges, strawberries, cucumber, lemon, cherries, anything that sounds good really and let it sit overnight.

You're most welcome! They are so much better than the packets.
