Quoting Cynthia Stevenson:" please like i asked no negative comments, now please keep in mind i have a small body structure... i ... [snip!] ... end up having to have a c-section... now i also had to have 20 stitches with my daughter because she was a rather large child"
Your body obviously makes small babies, even overdue. I had my first at 42 weeks and she was 10lbs. And my VBAC baby 2 days after her DD and she was 9lbs. All you are showing is your body is making babies that are exactly the right size for you. As for the tearing, when you push out a baby on your back, that will happen. It is the worst position to push in.
