Chicago Marathon

My best friend is running the Chicago Marathon this morning..........
Bib # 50124................ GO ANGIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so proud of her, she is so inspiring. 45years old, quit smoking last year and decided to change her life.

She lost her job a few weeks ago and her husband left her that same week. I don't know how the girl has found the motivation to even show up for this race.

I know she wont ever read this.... but I just want to say I am so proud of you!!!

I dont know how she has found the motivation to do this. But she has....

Good for her! My sister started running after her divorce. She was very over weight and she will be running her 3rd marathon soon. I have complete respect for people who can change their lifestyle like that.

I know, it's crazy.... I cant even imagine how bad running that far hurts. And then to throw in the emotional pain on top of it.

I guess thats what makes people like that strong though.

It really is his loss. He's an idiot. Shes a very good woman!!!!

Yay for her!!! For me running helps with whatever is going on, at this point she may be keeping sanity from running.
