I've been cheated on before so my mind automatically goes to that, but then I think it's just me and try to brush it off.

I have and he get offended and says he wouldn't. He says all he does is work and then he has to come home and I stress him out.

Try giving him his space. When he's gone don't text or call unless it's about the kids. I know it's hard When I am not with BD I am constantly checking my phone! When he gets home say hi but keep to yourself. Maybe he just needs time. Men don't get use to the family life very easy. My BD gets in depression mode because he works so much but he can't go out and buy us gifts or anything fancy. I try to explain to him that our daughter wont remember what toys she had but she will remember us having a home and being together as a family but men just don't understand.

Honestly with his behavior it would seem like that is the case here. Especially when he apologizes and says he is a bad person.

I've asked him after he says that if he has and he akways answers, "When would I have time to?"
