Is there anyone who can make a quality bubble guppie costume, and for what price?

Haha he doesn't know which exactly, he is just rounding the corner to turning to but when I ask him what he wants to be for halloween he tells me a "gup gup" and ever other idea i've suggested he says no too. I'm thinking Goby because even though my son is white he has an afro and I think it'd be cute to just use purple hair spray to do is hair.

There are some people on there that crochet mermaid tails. It looks like they're all for newborns and infants but I bet they'd make you one to fit Hunter if you asked.
