If you found out after years of dating that your partner choked his previous girlfriend unconscious during their relationship?

If he's not violent towards you then you might be ok. But.... I would never let my guard down that's attempted murder.

Is it a fact? Like, you have actual proof? Or is it just "he said she said"? I would honestly probably consider leaving him....

out of anger? if that was the case, i would leave. if he can do it to her, he can do it you.

I dont know what I'd do. It would definitely make me look at him differently which could cause an enormous change to our relationship.

it's actually pretty hard to choke someone to that point, and NOT kill them

He told me he did it because she attacked him and he lost his cool. After that incident he broke up with her because he said he wasn't going to be with someone if they angered him to the point where he would put his hands on them.
