I'm 4 dpo and my nipples are killing me! They are so sensitive and tingly. Could this be a sign?

Mine get like that after I ovulate up until AF comes. So while it's a sign of early pregnancy it's also a sign of pending AF. It sucks that pregnancy and AF signs are the same. But if you're only 4dpo then more than likely not early pregnancy unles you ovulated 5 days earlier than you were supposed to and you'd be 9dpo. It's just a waiting game at this point. GL though!!

This cycle could be different enough that you get painful breasts before your period. Or you're just wanting it sooo bad that it's in your head.

After you O, your body produces progesterone and that makes your breasts feel fuller/heavier/painful. (If I remember correctly)

Yes that is what it does. I never used to feel my breasts before my period. now I do. It's not every cycle I feel them either. Like this month I don't feel them at
all and last month they hurt like bitch. I don't know if it's cuz I'm skippin ovulation and doing it every other month but my body never does the same things every month. But GL OP, hope things work out for you this month and you get your BFP!
