Well, I feel pretty smurffy.
I haven't been taking them.
Could I just take a regular vitamin instead?

the prenatals are better because they have more folic acid and some have dha which is necessary for babies... but if all you have is regular vitamins, they're better than nothing!

when I remembered. lol I have to cut all vits in half and take half in the morning and half at night or I puke all the place. Even when I'm not pregnant

I have horrible gag reflexes and the huge prenatals make me gag everytime, which usually results in me throwing up ): lol.

They have prenatal gummies, I got mine at Walmart.

your body will prioritize the breastmilk, the nutritional content does not vary much with what you consume. prenatals are more to keep your personal levels up.
if you eat healthily with wholefoods, it's largely unnecessary. Real food is far better than a pill. There are a few specific supplements that are good for nursing, and for all people in general, but i do not take mixed ones because most are synthetic and just stop you effectively using natural nutrients anyway. I think it's more about commercial gain than helping and it's certainly not something i'd feel guilty for not taking.

I do, I've been taking them for the past 4 years straight now, a little awkward when you run into someone you know while buying them and they assume you're pregnant lol

Absolutely. I also crushed them up and put them in my morning smoothie. Most of the horse pills can not even be half used up by the time they make their way out of your body. They are so full of binding agents that your body couldn't possible break it all down (USUALLY). You can use a pestle and mortar or a pill crusher to do that. I used a mortar simply because I could grind it up super fine.
