Apples

We took DD apple picking today and now we have a huge bag of apples for me to make stuff with. So what are some of your favorite treats to make with apples?

But this year most orchards are limiting you to only 1 bag this year  .

Applesauce, apple crisp, apple cinnamon pancakes, apple fries ( cut apples into fries and dip them into funnel cake batter then fry them)

Wow, we had no limit here but I know we wouldn't use more than one bag.

Holy crap! We payed $25 today for our huge bag, a decent sized bag for my nephew, and anything we could eat while we were out picking.

Bitches! We can't even get apples from the store for under $2 a lb this year. Most of the time during apple season they are 1.20-1.40 a lb.

Ugh I wished I was home so bad today to go to the apple harvest stuff! I heard the weather was gorgeous!!

We actually missed Apple Harvest day! We made plans with BIL to take the kids apple picking totally forgetting it was today. I heard a few people say it was really packed this year so it wasn't as much fun as usual though which made me feel a little better haha.
