oh i dont think you're crazy haha i can definitely see why someone wouldn't like it. i mean, curds of cheese in like, cheesy juice? i'm kinda talking myself outta liking it right now

I grew up on goat cheese   love it.

My brother had dairy issues growing up so it was the only kinda cheese he could handle, and he didn't like it, so i'd just eat the heck outta it
