Maybe turning to an obsession

How do you think you can the difference between motivated or obsessed?

Ive been doing real good with losing weight, but i feel myself scared to eat anything because of like a fear of gaining weight. Like, I ate a subway today and now all I keep thinking is maybe I should throw up so I dont gain any weight.. But I know that all I have ate was just that so I should be ok, but I'm just really worried

If you're thinking about it to your detriment (such as considering throwing up) then it's not good.

If your thinking of throwing up to not gain weight that is definitely not healthy.

you should actually eat MORE. just one sandwhich is not healthy.

and those thoughts are not healthy either. that's exactly how my ED started, and i'm still struggling, 3 years later.

If your considering throwing up, Then it's a problem ... Subway are relatively good aren't they? It's not like you went out and ate a greasy pizza, If your feeling like you overate, Or ate the wrong foods, Go for a brisk walk.

I would be careful. It sounds like you are starting on the path of an eating disorder. Having those thoughts aren't healthy

When you start to think that you need to throw up food, then it's becoming unhealthy. Eating once a day isn't good for you. It can slow your metabolism down. Do you feel like you won't be able to control how you are eating if you keep going on like this?

walking to burn what calories? all she's had is one thing to eat all day. again, not healthy.

okay, you need to get help then. Because , and please listen, but you are already on the wrong path.

You only eat once a day, (I remember from a previous post a while ago) and now you want to purge the little bit of food you've had. you say all you think about is losing weight. You need to see a therapist. You need to see a nutritionist. and you need to do this ASAP. trust me, you do not want this to overtake your life. It's a living hell. It's not fun

I don't know honestly... I took a footling club and split it into 4, n ate it throuout the day, but now, I just feel like all the work ive been doing over the last three weeks is for nothing is I over eat like that... Idk it's hard to explain
