That's still not balanced enough for an entire day. And it's not enough calories. It sounds like the path you are going down isn't healthy. Losing weight needs to be a life style change. What you're going through sounds more like it will turn into an eating disorder. I think you should talk to a nutritionist and maybe a therapist to keep you from getting to that point. Eating like that can do more long term damage than eating one sandwich to your diet.

I've taken a nutrition class... I know the healthy way of losing weight, but for some reason I feel like its just not going to work for me. Like, it's crazy cause I'm smart,but i feel like I cant control what I'm thinking. I literally weigh myself like 10 times a day although I know you should like once a week, n idk, it's all I think about

again, you need to see a professional. you do not want an eating disorder.

Eating like the way you aren't isn't a healthy way of loosing weight. If anything your body is going to grab onto everything it can and you will gain weight. You are wearing away muscle by doing so

If you think about throwing up to not gain weight, that isn't motivation. That's the beginning of a disorder.

Taking one class won't make you a nutritionist. It's not just about eating healthy. They can also show you ways to keep on track without developing an eating disorder.
