Bc question

So I started a new pill this month because the other one made me very sick ( this has lower estrogen). There are only three weeks in this one no placebo 4th
So do I just start a new pack on week 4? ( and still be covered)
Next I have had light bleeding this week ( start if week 3) not a period but light bleeding. Normal?
Ladt question: when I start a new pack it would be safe to start going confirm free?

I want to ask my doc but there is a huge mix up at the office right now ( he's not there)
