Help!!!!!!!!

I was in the hospital for hours last night since I was contracting every 3 mins but nothing. The nurse told me to go home and walk today and since the reason nothing happened is he hasn't dropped all the way. The contractions are hurting pretty bad but i know nothing is coming out of it. Since I am already soft does anyone having any ideas to help him drop. I have walked alot today and I am willing to try anything.

Do you have an exercise ball? Maybe try sitting on that and rocking? I believe that might help. I've seen people doing that before.

Open your legs and sway side to side, bounce on a yoga ball, if not you can do it on the lounge.. ( open your legs to encourage baby to drop)
My LO didn't drop til I was in active labour and pushing him out, I'm just telling you what other people have told me.
