cramping and duscharge 5 weeks pp?

My baby is 5 weeks old. I had him via csection and had my tubes tied. He is breastfed. The past week I've been cramping like I would during my period. But im not having a period. I bled for four weeks. Now its ckearish mucus or is bright pink bloody discharge sometimes. Is this normal? The cramping actually doubles me over sometimes I it hurts so bad. Should I I call my ob? I see him next Friday anyways?

If you are having any pain like that, don't take a risk---CALL!!! What's the worst they can do, tell you to take some tylenol and stay off your feet?? CALL YOUR DOCTOR!!!!
