What to make with sausage....

any ideas? I have a huge roll of Tennessee Pride sausage. I just used the smaller roll and made sausage biscuits for lunch. Hubs works tonight and I need to pack his dinner. I am trying to think of something simple to do with sausage. does anyone pat sausage into large patties and make a hamburger type thing with it? What do you put on it? I am clueless on this one.

My friend puts it in spaghetti and lasagna cause he husband won't eat sausage u less she sneaks it in those dishes.

Take some mushrooms, pick the stems out & peel them.
Fry a lb. of sausage & when it's done, drain it & add a box of cream cheese. Melt it, then stuff the mushrooms with it.
Put 'em in the oven on 350 for about 15 minutes... OMG.

& I HATE sausage.

We make them into patties, but dont add anything but spices. If you wanted to could add onions and green peppers. We usually make fried potatoes as a side with onions and green peppers.

Thanks, ladies! I have almost all this stuff so I will have to go in the kitchen and see what going to be the fastest dinner to make. lol

BTW, I love sausage biscuits, but you know...I am a southern girl.  

I brown it like ground beef and add a large can of strained baked beans. Add our fave BBQ sauce (sweet baby rays) and bake it with shredded cheese in top

That sounds like something my husband would love....although beans make me puke. lol He would love that though. I will have to try that for him.

My husband loves it and anytime he needs to take something to work to share he asks for that!
