I like both the art and the quote- but I honestly prefer to see heavier set women who are comfortable in their skin than this beautiful, thin woman who obviously has nothing to hide or be ashamed of.

Sure, we should all strive to be fit- but shouldn't we not worry about what other's think in the process? I'm not fat... I'm not unhealthy... but after having three kids my body looks NOTHING like hers and I don't think it ever will be. I'd like to see someone like me who is comfortable in her skin.

I was just looking through some other photos on Pintrest that I found and I really think this woman is beautiful.


The art in the OP I chose because I love how awesome she looks covered in tattoos. It's so taboo still.

That's why I chose this one. Her tattoos are so colorful, the background works so well with her image. She is just gorgeous.

She isn't big at all. She is big boned... that's it. She's got a really nice, in shape body! I wish I looked like that. Unfortunately, I have a small frame so my weight sits on me weird. Right in the middle, and my thighs. No amount of exercising I've done has improved the pooch. It's seriously like an empty sack. My skin's elasticity sucks.

I like the art, but I don't like it with that quote. I do love the picture, though.

I wish I looked like that too. Her curves are amazing! I carry all of my weight in my hips and thighs

Last year I lost 40 pounds and I still looked like smurf!

I like these for the simple fact of they inspire me to strive to be that fit one day. I'm nowhere near there at the moment, but I know I can be. So these Fit and Happy quotes and pictures help to motivate me.

It's sad, but honestly? That woman is likely not naturally comfortable in her own skin either. Even women we idolize as having perfect bodies still have insecurities about their bodies. They still see flaws and imperfections. We can think "oh, well, she's perfect!" but the truth is that "perfection" rarely matters with self esteem and perfection.

I love this quote! People don't realize how fleeting health can be. I've become acquainted with this fact recently, and it sucks. I think of all the time I was healthy and could have been doing so much! It goes by fast, and people shouldn't waste it!
