I does sound like a control thing IMO.I think its really sad that a child cant eat when they want to.especially being a BABY at that.

Some people like parenting by a schedule. That's their choice and I respect that not every one does things on-demand like I do. 2.5 ounces at a time, however, does not seem adequate for a 6 month old. I take issue with that part.

Yeah my 10week old eats 3-4 oz every 3 hrs or so. I don't think that babys getting enough food. Does she seem malnourished

That is abuse cause a 6 month old should be eating more then that & they are starving her.

That's so sad  at that age Jett was having 7-8 ounce bottles like every 3-4 hours.

I have no issue with people parenting on a schedule...I have an issue with them not feeding their children enough...like I stated in my first post. If they were feeding the child enough, it likely wouldn't be an issue like it is.

No, it's not. She is fed, she is clothed... she is getting enough. Just not what SHE wants.

no baby should be on a diet!
they eat when theyre hungry and stop when theyre full.

my little piggy is 4 months old and weighs 16pounds. at her last pedi appt. the doctor told me i should feed her less than what im giving her because she's gaining so much.. 

smurf that, im not going to starve my child. cant tell me how to parent my own baby.

i know her weight will slow down.
