It's definitely a possibility. The baby can turn all around whenever it wants (even though it's getting harder to). My mom told me that I was sideways for the longest time and then dropped one day and broke her water.
Lol i was hoping after being head down for so long he'd stay that way.. hopefully i'm wrong and he hasn't turned :-) maybe it just feels different cos he's bigger lol
