but um yea... that included I think 2 nights in the hospital. they wanted me to stay longer but I refused lmao.

I wish the U.S. was more like that though. but a lot of people say, "oh I don't want my hard earned money going to free loaders," etc. lol.

Oh yes, I had everyone in there with me (not while I was getting my section, only your support person is allowed in there lol) so, if you labor, do you have to labor alone?   or you mean while getting the section done?

I know, its just that small percentage that scares me! Im the queen of getting the bad end of percentages, it seems like.

I was going to say that's bloody crazy if people pay that type of money out of pocket...

I'm sure many people do... sadly. yea, 40,000$ is a little under what my partner makes in a year, sooo... we would be broke forever. lol

nah, you go in alone, no pain meds for natural births in public hospitals and you are 100% alone.


Private hospitals though, you can have one or two people during the pushing, and one person if it's c-section. But you have to pay.

And they are a lot nicer to you in the private hospitals too!!

My aunt had 5 c-sections in gautamala. 0_0 but they were spaced out of course...

That sucks! I dont really know how it is here in mexico regarding pain meds but I know youre aloud to have as many c-sections as you please

haha Sorry, I just heard about this and it scares me. Idon't want my tubes tied.
