You have a couple weeks still...

You can walk around to see it can do.

Oh girl, you'll know when you have a contraction! =P Just be patient. Try walking and stretching. Do some Kegels. Just prepare yourself for labor! Drink lots of water.

Why would you agree to be in a wedding on your due date?

The walking and stretching will help with labor. =P It'll make labor go smoother, or so I have heard.

If I were you, my luck would be that I go into labor AT the wedding. Bahahah.

Take it easy, relax, and enjoy your last few weeks of quiet sleep. You won't miss the signs. They're impossible to miss, ha.

..........Maybe the wedding was planned before she got pregnant?

|Maybe, but then that would give the bride and groom 9 months to find someone else.

That's so funny! I have the same problem and I thought I was the only one! My TWIN brother is getting married three days after my due date. I am willing myself to get this baby out at least a week early so I can go to the wedding. I'm in the wedding, my husband's in the wedding and my five year old daughter is the flower girl. For the person who asked why you would agree to be in the wedding around your due date...well if it was just a friend then maybe not, but my twin, yeah it's almost as important to me as the birth of my baby....almost.... I'm hoping both are once in a lifetime events. I thought that they might kick me out, but nope. If I can make it, they want me there standing up with them. I will go if they have to wheel me down the aisle. BTW the wedding is not far from the hospital!

Hahah, I get ya. I'd be in my sisters wedding at 9 months pregnant, if it was something she wanted. You only get married once! (Well......not for some people.)

But definitely do some stretching! If you're not planning on an epidural or if you're anti-epidural, stretching can do some wonders. Also, have you heard of perineal massage?

Definitely read that! It may seem awkward, but I have heard WONDERFUL things from it. It can stop you from tearing at all or make it less painful if you do tear.

Wow...you guys are tougher and braver than me. There is no way in hell I would not only go to a wedding, but be IN the wedding on or near my due date. I couldn't even walk for the last week, let alone stand during the ceremony....nor would I want to risk taking any attention what-so-ever away from anyone on their big day.
