after MC

I had my MC almost six weeks ago now and my period still hasn't returned. I have had spotting for like three days now but that is it. I don't know when I should be concerned because I do have PCOS and my periods are never quite normal. They are usually 1-3 months apart. Sometimes more though.

Nope. Haven't had anything checked. Just the HCG to make sure they dropped back to zero.

Sorry for your loss   I miscarried around July 18 and got my first period on Sept. 12. It's a waiting game I guess...but your doctor could possibly start it with provera. You could also try to get pregnant. I know there are a lot of women on here who ovulated after MC without having a period after MC. Good luck!

Same thing  . How are your numbers? Still going down? Mine day of m/c were 3200 (I was 7w), 30 days later they were 67.1, AF showed up 3 days later and I got my BFP 30 days later and am now 7w5d  . It could happen to you too
