if its that bad and her appointment isnt till next week you might want to take her into the er... it could be something inturnally that is affecting her to make her crabby.

thats wonderful!! i wouldnt worry, she sounds like a normal baby. they are trying to figure out what they want and how to get us to understand it. the important thing is to try everything, which it sounds like what you are doing. soon, she will have distengished crys, where you will know as soon as you hear it, diaper, cuddle, milk, ect. a rythem will devolop very soon, in the mean time, go on survial mode. make sure your not only taking care of her, but taking care of you. take breaks when you can, and when you need them!

I must have misread but dont worry I wasent judging   I know its hard with a fussy baby.

Have you considered colic? Some babies develop it after a few months. Basically its determined by is a baby is crying and cant be consoled for more then three hours a day, three days a week for three weeks. Sorry if thats a little confusing Im awful at explaining things.

Sometimes if she's asleep I give her to my Mum or her daddy and sneak away for a bath haha. She sleeps through the night too, which is time for food, homework, and relaxing lol

Have you tried a gluten free diet? My son is gluten sensitive...he can only tolerate so much...you need to get a sling if you don't have one

Wheat is actually a common allergen...but I would just cut out all gluten for a while and see....just eat meats veggies fruits and nuts ....actually what you should do is keep a journal of what you eat and then the next day write the reaction...it takes about a day for it to get to baby

my baby when born was 9lbs 15 oz. Shes about your size baby now as well.. its not a big deal- some grow faster than others.

For the crabbyness (check with your peds first) I use chamomile tea. I brew it and put 1 oz with 3 oz of water for the formula. If you are breastfeeding, drink it and she will get it. It cures colic, gas, teething issues... if you wash her with it, it cures diaper rash, cradle cap... etc. Just make sure to get the thumbs up from your ped before you do. The tea will calm her nerves. ALSO-- my baby doesn't cry. She may cry 2-3 times a week. What I do, is every time she cries, i take care of her needs. She only cries when she needs something--- milk, diaper, cuddle... something is up. If you take care of them and fulfill their needs it builds a trust bond -- if you dont build that trust bond they will be fussy. WIth my daughter now, if i leave her in her crib- i turn her toys on and she just coos and giggles... The only time we have serious issues is if we are at osmeone elses house and she is overstimulated - then she will belt out the crying fits. It's just too much to handle and its her way to say.. hey "i need to sleep".

that changes everything! yes look at your diet very carefully! my son, would freak out if i consumed anything with caffine. (avid soda drinker) and it took me a while to figure this out, but once i cut out all soda and cholate, things improved. also, your leafy greans. i ate a lot of salads and it seemed to upset his belly. all kids are diff, keep a log of what you eat w lo's behavior, and see if you can find something that is effecting her.
