After the 30 days what were your results? Did you continue to do it for another 30 days?

I never made it past day 5

Actually something always came up on day 5 and I couldnt do it. LOL

Day 5 is where I quit few weeks back too but it was because I was busy for a few days after and I finally started back again and am now just finnished day 3... Im determined to make it past day 5! muahahaha! *evil grin*

I am on day 12 with ripped in 30 and I've lost inches .. I try to update weekly "new body under construction"

I made it 2wks and then my workout partner just stopped doing it and I was going to her house to use her dvd. So I bought cardio striptease and I someone was selling the zumba dvds so I just started doing those lol
