Children's Museum! *lots of pics!*

posted 5th Oct
We took Zora to the Children's Museum today since it's the first Friday of the month and it only cost $2 for all of us to go   Surprisingly, this was only part of the museum, there's a TON we couldn't get to because either Zora wasn't quite old enough for it or we just didn't have time.

She loved climbing on these steps in the toddler area.
This little tube would shoot air out and launch cloth squares into the air.
She would not stay still to get a pic of the helmet lol
Daddy and clams!
She kept trying to eat the corn >.<
Driving the tractor
Checking out the Whale's mouth
Derp.
Hurrr.
Playing on the space shuttle
Thanks for looking!

Nope, Portland Maine lol

I'd love to go to the one in Boston, and I can't wait to take Zora to the aquarium down there. That's my favorite place to visit when we're there.

oh cool, i didnt know there was a chlidrens musuem up there!! maybe we'll have to take a ride up and check it out some day.

the aquarium here is awesome. we go often. i bought a yearly pass, since its in walking distance of our home. the childrens musuem is in walking distance too so we go there a lot too. we also have cheap fridays! we have that same space shuttle thing, thats why i thought it was here!!!!

if you come this way, hit us up, we're always out and about.

Yeah it's got a lot of cool exhibits. I really loved the toddler area, because it gave Zora a chance to run around with other kids lol.

If you come up here, make sure it's on the first Friday of the month, because there's always a big art walk on Congress Street and all the museums and a lot of the restaurants have First Friday specials. There are also a lot of street performances, like fire spinners and musicians! Definitely worth it then lol

And yeah next time we go to Boston I'm dragging my family to the Federal Reserve across from South Station and getting me a bag of shredded money   lol It'd be really awesome to meet up with another BG mama sometime as well

It's changed somewhat since I remember from when I was a kid lol. They still have the firetruck and the ball room which was all I cared about
