labor??? plz help

I'm 37 weeks and 2 days. Tonight my stomach has so much pressure it feels like im going to explode I'm having lower back pain and last night i had loose stool sorry tmi. Does this sound like I'm going into labor this has been going on for 3 hrs with my contractions getting slightly stronger ugh i've never felt this before. On monday i was 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated

Honestly...I say call your doctor office. They'll tell you what you need to do, and it'll probably be better advice than what people online are going to give you

Around the same weeks you are I swore I was going into labour because I was having horrible stomach pains. Got in the tub, was crying and in so much pain. Then I had very loose stools 3-4 times and the pain got better. Didn't go into labour until 5 days after my EDD.
But go to the hospital if you're worried.

It all sounds normal to me. You're later in pregnancy. Doesn't raise a concern to me.
