To me it looks like there is blue along the eye lid and in the corner of the right eye. (Well right in pic) .

The pupil is too blue so either the camera sucks or they are photoshopped.

and they really do. i usually wouldn't care but she was playing it off when everyone said, "omg her eyes are so pretty"... just like nothing was done to them, when you can OBVIOUSLY (unless you're some people) tell that they are edited. the kid DOES have pretty eyes but they're not THAT blue.. and they definitely don't always have a blue eyelid/tear duct.
