Stuck on a middle name.

Hubby and I are having a baby girl and we know we want her first name to be Aria, but we just can't seem to settle on a middle name we both love. I feel like we've gone through every name in existence and I like several, but he's really picky. I've always loved Rose for a middle name but I feel like that's too short and he thinks it's too common. Maybe Rose combined with something else?

We had kind of tentatively decided on Taylor, because I think that's a really cute name for a girl and it kinda balances out the super-femininity of Aria...has anyone ever heard of using that for a middle name? I can't decide if I love it or if it will sound like she has two last names.

Any comments/suggestions?

Rosalind? It's like Rose, but longer  

Im using aria as my daughters middle name---i love it. I like the middle name grace if your using it as a first name.

I like that too! We also thought of Rosalyn...but I'm not sure how we should pronounce it. He does have a point, Rose is kind of a common "filler" name.

I also like more classic, old-fashioned sounding names since Aria is a little different, but of course he hates most of them. Like Louise was a no-go for him. I also like Aria Kathryn but of course he doesn't.

How do you pronounce it?

If you're looking for a derivative of Rose, I like Rosalie. I think Aria Rosalie sounds good   My first thought for a middle name to go with Aria was Renee. I like Aria Taylor, too though

I like Aria Renee, he doesn't. Our first pick was Aria Noelle but then a friend pointed out that those are both music-related names so now the whole thing sounds too musical to me.

I loooove Aria Genevieve...I orginally wanted to use Genevieve as the first name but hubby loathes it. He's soooo picky, that's why this is difficult.

We'll probably stick with Aria Taylor though. I had a lot of second thoughts about my son's name too, even though it was the name I always knew I wanted for a boy...but once I saw him it just fit and I knew it was right.
