most tylenol is 160 acetaminophen and other name brands are usually the same. I buy generic cvs brand its exactly the same and his pedi told me 3.75 at his weight. at 14lbs i was told 2.75 hope this helps

1/2 a tsp is 2.5mLs... either way, you still fail. Even if the concentration IS what the OP had at home.

If you are referring to the new infant vs childrens tylenol then yes there is no difference in concentrations or dosage. However old tylenol vs the new there are different dosages as the concentration is different.
