Could it be?

The past hour and a half I've been having terrible pain in my back. To the point of crying & I can't even stand up straight. But I'm only 29 weeks. Could it be labor or something else? I don't really remember anything from my first. I was too out of it. Any help would be awesome! Ty!  

Id call my on call OB and ask what you should do. It could be something other than labor. We have the same due date. try laying down for awhile and take some tylenol or heating pad. Hopefully irs just a pulled muscle or something minor.
