Well with my first I went up to 215 and when I finished loosing weight I was 140. I exercised like it was my second job and put on the lotion they sell for toning your body after pregnancy, on my tummy, and them I would put a girdle on white working out and I didn't have excess skin. I looked great. Healthy eating does nothing for me I have to work out always AND eat healthy. Not just one our the other. I'm hoping this time around my body looks the same after I finish with my weight loss. GL
