so am I and I can whip up the poofiest cutest no sew tutu in a week. I'm sure people can do it faster, but I have arthritis in my hands and after an hour or so of tying knots, my hands cramp.

you can buy the mesh top online and the tulle at www.tullesource.com/ I've bought from them twice. They are cheap, always fast and the quality is very good. then go to michaels and pick out ribbon and accents.
