Vagina?

I call it her vagina,
she [2 yrs old] calls it her vagina.
Kinda like how my 7 year old calls his penis a penis,
we use it's actual name.

Her dad however, won't.
And okay, i get it, sometimes a guy (even a 32 year old man) doesn't want to say that word.
But what does he call it instead?

Her "goudy".
How do you pronounce that?
Think about gouda (like the cheese) meets goodies (like treats)
Goudy.

It infuriates me.
And it's gross sounding.
And i DONT want my daughter calling her vagina her 'goudy'.
Isn't like, "private parts" kinda the 'non-vagina' term?

I dont know, anyways, what do you call it?
What does your dude call it?
And how bad is goudy.

Don't have a daughter, but if I did, I would say "private parts."

Vagina. DH just doesn't refer to it at all. Lol

I will teach vagina. Goudy just sounds wrong.

My boy and girl both refer to their private parts as their "peep" idk where it came from but both kids, DH & I use the same term.

We call it what it is-a vagina
however she says it like Bagina lol

We call DD's her privates or muffin.. muffin is what my Mom always called mine as a kid

I've always taught both of my kids "vagina and penis". No cutesy names. I don't give my arm a nickname so why would a do it to my vagina?   If anything, "private parts" is better than goudy.

My MIL always refers to it as a "cous cous". My mom use to call mine a "pocketbook".

She's semi-potty training right now so she runs around either half naked or in undies, so of course is always grabbing herself, and he'll be like, "leave your goudy alone!"
