im so scared and hurt

This morning i get a call from my doctor that my blood results came back and that there was a mutation of cystic fibrosis in my blood. they told me that to run more tests that they would need the fathers blood. i called my BD up and told him that they needed his blood and explained what they said. he agreed so i picked him up and took him to the doctor. we fought the whole car ride there like usual and so right before we get there he jumps out of the car and refuses to get his blood taken. he says he doesnt care about the baby and that he is giving up his rights. what kind of a father does that? so now i have to get it court ordered just to get some blood to make sure my baby doesnt have cystic fibrosis. im so frikin mad

Can't you legally get him to submit blood for the sake of the baby?

yes i have to get it court ordered but that will take weeks and im really worried about this but unfortunately thats how im gonna have to do it

exactly!! like i told him if he hates me thats fine but dont take it out on the baby im so mad right now i never want to see his pathetic face again

Don't you love how they always say they are going to give up their rights but they can't unless you agree to it  ? Im sorry he is being such a dick and I hope your baby is ok.
