Still smurffy

I posted yesterday about how I was sick and while I feel a bit better now, I'm still not fully well. I've been coughing up a super light green mucus but I think it could just be post nasal drip since my nose is still congested/runny. My ribs are sore from coughing and I have a slight headache but that's about it. I just wish I could go to the doctor  

Has that pain come back?
