I just ran 5 miles.

And it was awesome!!! It felt so good, except my knees are a little sore, lol. I haven't run that far in months, it took 45 minutes. I got a booger in my nose about 1.5 miles in and everytime i breathed out it bugged me! But i couldn't pick it because there was about 15 other people in the gym, lol.. It finall flew out of my nose at about 4.5 miles.

I love it too!! I might join a diff gym next month and it has a pool, i'm so excited to swim laps!! And give my knees a little break.

i can run all day if im not going in circles on a track or if im not on a treadmill. put me on a trail and the woods and i can go FOREVERRR
