have one just tasting it might remind your brain that you dont even like beer and the cravings will stop. you could also try non alchole beer you can pick that up at the grocery store

Thank you all so much! I never thought about the non-alcoholic beer. I think that I will def give that a try first and then if it doesn't work maybe just a small glass to sip on and see if it doesn't satisfy the craving. Thank you for the reply's it's really helpful to have other mother's opinions!!!  

If you get cheap beer, it's like 5 percent alcohol. One will not hurt your baby.

I drank every other night until I found out I was pregnant. I know I'm lucky that my baby turned out perfectly healthy, but the fact stands that she did.

Drink a non alcoholic beer you kill the craving and you do no harm to your baby

Oh blah blah. I get they don't know how much causes it, but seeing as i chgged half a fifth of whiskey and played beer pong every night until i found out i was pregnant i'm gonna go ahead and make an educated giess that one beer won't do smurf.
And it won't.

If vodka and peach schnapps didn't hurt my baby, I SERIOUSLY doubt one beer will hurt OPs.
