Pls explain if not pregnant???

I am testing 2moro, but if I am not pregnant, can anyone explain these symptoms?
I am 6 months PP, and the timing of everything indicates pregnancy...

Cramping for a month now
Sharp pains in breasts (I'm breastfeeding but these pains are new)
yellow tinged discharge
spotting around the time of supposed implantation
extreme fatigue
random cervix pain
dizziness
mood swings
ovary pain
really bad back pain
newly sensitive nipples
headaches
a lot of sneezing (i almost never sneeze)
frequent peeing
and... no 2nd PP period... I'm on CD 77

I've only had these symptoms when I was pregnant with Cillian Sokrates...
OBVIOUSLY these all pregnancy symptoms, and anyone would assume they are with all this smurf...

but I'm worried that tomorrow will be a BFN and my SO will say I'm another kind of cray  

Please help with your opinions, and pretty please no negative comments, I've had a really terrible day and just need some support.

UTI...which can also cause pain in your kidneys.
