both ways sound horrible

OP- try for a new first name. Do you really want your kid that in school the teacher always stumbles over their name and they have to constant correct them. Then on job interviews I know plenty of people who if they cant say the name or at least feel they are making a very good educated guess just wont call.

Akimiya Sophie

Is Akimiya Japanese? It is sometimes tough to pair an English name with an ethnic name. I would just pick one that you like and not worry too much if they sound good together.
