I tried it but its not for me. I was ok with not having all the grains. I had serious cravings for dairy.... And I'm NOT a milk drinker at all.
Also, I'm a cook but it required too much planning and organizing for it to work for me for long.
A big problem for me is that I don't like eggs so my breakfast options are limited.
My husband isn't Abigail seafood eater so my dinner options are limited.
And, my jaw hurt from all the cheering lol.
But, if you can overcome the above, it's great!
I WANT to do this diet but we can't afford for me to do it. SO will barely eat fruits or veggies and we can't afford to get separate foods for me, SO, and LO. (LO has only specific things he will eat as well at the moment). If I could afford it, I would live off just fruits, veggies, and nuts.
