thoughts on these symptoms

Ok first off I know you aren't doctors but I just wanted to get some opinions on these symptoms.

I am supposed to start AF on sunday, so this all could be from that but normally the only symptom I get of that is a lower back ache, a little bit of breast tenderness but nothing else. My lower back has hurt for about the past week, and I do have a little bit of breast tenderness.

But the things that are making me wonder are, my whole face is breaking out bad, I have never had acne like this before. I am getting dizzy spells (those seem to get better after eating), hot flashes, and the worst of all these is I am so freaking unbelievably tired. I do have times where for a day or so I get extremely tired but it never lasts more than a day, this time it has been for almost a week now. I can't get anything done around the house because I am so tired and every time LO naps so do I.

Any thoughts to what this could be? Could it be just a bad case of PMS?

If AF don't show I will def test, but I highly doubt its that. I have no idea what it could be though lol
