It's Been exactly 4 weeks

Since I had my baby! And now I'm going to go work out!!!   yay!

Are you sure you want to do that? I waited the recomended 6 weeks, and it was too much stress.. It caused me to bleed for 3 months

The physio and dr said I should be fine because I've stopped bleeding and exercised all throughout my pregnancy
