Just curious for those who have more than one child, when did you go into labor with your second born if you went into labor naturally??

With my first, I went into labor a day before I was due then had her on my due date. My SO was asking if I thought I would go into labor a bit early with this one. Obviously I told him there's a chance but then again you never know.

I went into labor 38 weeks to the day with all three kids.

I went into labor with both naturally. DS was born at 36w6d and DD was born at 37w3d

I was 39+4 with DD.
Im currently 31+5 with DS dr's are expecting him to come in the next two weeks. I think November 7th.

i was induced at 36 weeks due to low fluid level

I was 40+5 with DD
and went into labor the night of my due date with DS

My first came at 34 weeks. My water broke prematurely so they induced me and then when his heart rate dropped, they took me in for a C-section.

My second was an emergency C-section at 36 wks 4 days due to low fluids and since I had a C-section the first time, there was no inducing. C-section #2 for me.

My first came at 38 1/2 weeks and my second came at 37 weeks, 1 day.

I'm going for a VBAC this time and I'm so freaking nervous

I wanted a VBAC so badly!! But after a seemingly normal pregnancy that ended at 34 weeks with a kid in the NICU for 8 days and a rocky pregnancy that ended at 36+4 due to low fluids, I think I'm gonna literally have to be on bed rest for my entire third trimester in order to make it full term. I had progesterone with my second to keep her baking longer, but I couldn't be on full bed rest because my idiot ex left over a stupid argument about not helping me. He left Monday, she was born Friday.   Can't stay in bed all day and expect my 5 year old to get himself ready for school.

Omg that's awful   I would've kicked him in the balls.

I've always wondered how it works to be on bed rest with young children. That would be super hard. Mine is 3 and I can't imagine!

Well, we moved in with my parents in January and I got put on bed rest in February and she was born March 2nd. So for a month, my SO and my parents helped with my 5 year old. But like I said, SO was not helping me with everything, so there were times where I got up and did stuff myself. And one night my mom and I drove over to the apartment to pack up stuff because he wouldn't go with me. And she made me supervise and wouldn't let me lift anything. But I think even being on my feet that long (No chairs in an apartment with just a few boxes left) wasn't good for me. I'm pretty sure I was out of bed more than was good for me.

What the doc told me was to tell my family they needed to help with DS and keep me in bed or I'd be hospitalized for bed rest and then they'd be forced to take care of DS anyway.

My 1st was a day early.
2nd was a day late.
