celebrating an angels birthday.

I lost my baby boy last nov. on the 14th. He was 5 weeks early and only lived 7.5 hrs. He had a severe lung disorder. With his birthday coming up I been a little anxious but I'd like to celebrate. Any suggestions??

when my nephews birthday comes around we normally buy him a cake and a little gift and go to the cemetery and spend the day with him and sing happy birthday to him
