It depends on what your levels were when you miscarried but it should probably only take a week or so. I had my first miscarriage at 5 weeks 1 day and they said my level was 6 so Im guessing they were out of my system really fast. I got my first period afterward exactly 30 days later so I knew it wasnt any longer than that.
