Day 5 DONE!

I just did day 5 of the 30 day shred! I have never made it to day 5   but I keep pushing myself and the mins it is over I feel great and so proud of myself!

I bought the dvd last week and still have yet to turn it on. What was your motivation? Did you have any support?

My motivation is I need to loose 100 lbs and not have to shop at plus sized stores any more lol. I don't really have any support. I told my husband I was going to do this so he of course did it and made it all about him and he is loosing more weight to since he is a guy. Sucks but whatever
